The insulation is made of PE plastic, withstands temperatures range to -40° C ~ +120 ° C. Our embossed white PE insulation is met to ASTM E 84, UL94, ASTM G21 and ASTM D1056. Copper pipe is met to ASTM B 280 and C12200.Works for every Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Application including Ductless mini-split, heat pump and Centralized Air Ducted Units. Pressure Rating: 2100 to 7000 PSI, much more than required 700 PSI for R410. Insulation we produce by ourself, can print your company name, size, meters etc.

The meters of twin insulated copper pipe or single insulated copper pipes we can do 15m 20m 25m 30m and 50m, you just tell us what is the meters you want, then we can do customer requirements. If you need to the flaring with nuts, no problem, just let us know we will do it for you.
