The Dabund 164 ft 3/8" x 5/8" mini split long line set is a 50 m continuous pair of insulated refrigeration-grade copper tubing for HVAC contractors, distributors, wholesalers, equipment manufacturers, and project buyers. It combines a 3/8" liquid line and a 5/8" suction line in a long-roll format that can be measured and cut for compatible ductless mini split, heat-pump, VRF, and split-system installations.

The 164 ft coil is primarily supplied as bulk installation material rather than as a universal pre-flared connection kit. Long rolls are normally provided with plain copper ends protected by plastic caps, allowing qualified HVAC technicians to cut, ream, flare, braze, pressure-test, evacuate, and charge the field piping according to the equipment manufacturer’s instructions.

How to Plan a Long Refrigerant Line Installation

A long line set must be engineered around the connected HVAC equipment. The following checks should be completed before cutting or installing the 164 ft coil.

Unnecessary length increases pressure drop, refrigerant volume, equivalent length, installation complexity, and the risk of oil-return or charging problems.

Use Correct Field Connection Procedures
