This flexible pipe insulation features NBR/PVC body material. It is a closed-cell, preslit, flexible elastomeric foam material that comes with a pressure-sensitive adhesive on the seam. The flexible PVC overlap tape with acrylic adhesive also helps provide added security. Insulation is preslit and preglued, and can withstand temperatures between -70° to 220°F. It also comes with an antimicrobial agent that is mold-, fungi-, and bacteria-resistant. Use on chilled water and refrigerant lines, and to help prevent heat loss in hot water plumbing, liquid heating, and solar thermal applications.
